Brrrr, it was cold out there today! 12° this a.m., and snow, yucky! But only another 4 1/2 weeks until the days start getting longer, :)
The poor birds yesterday had to dig through the snow to get to the bird feed,
And a couple of new beads on Etsy,
I’m watching the news, and have to just shake my head at our politicians. Newt’s comment on the Wall Street protesters, ‘Go get a job.’
Enough said, I’m going to go make some supper for the boys.

‘Go get a job*.’
* - To "get a job", you must have a perfect work history with no gaps, but no more than x number of jobs in the past x years, you must submit to a background check, a drug test, a personality test, a credit check which must be clear, you must be willing to accept a wage that can not possibly pay expenses and pay back any loans you have taken out at the same time, you must have at least five years of experience and a college degree for this job even if it is entry level, oh, and you MUST be currently employed too.
Yup, really makes sense, doesn't it? But then, some politicians (and the Wall Street counter-protester who was holding up a sign saying 'get a job') live in a different world, where money is easy and unemployment isn't a concern.
