Another gorgeous spring day here!! I took the dogs for a walk to pick up the mail,

and on the way back I heard a cow mooing in the barn, and saw that the boys were all outside, but no girls, so I checked it out. We have another bull calf, she had just popped him out,

The next 24-48 hours we’ll keep a close watch on Gertrude for milk fever. She got a dose of calcium just after birth, so hopefully that will tide her over for the next 12 hours.

My tiger drawing is coming along, I’ve been adding a little color here and there,
